We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, leading and training a team, maintaining equipment, and implementing process improvements. A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food processing environment is preferred. The position demands strong communication skills, proficiency in production management software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a Monday - Friday position overseeing the night shift. Hours are open to discussion. Pay for this position is $65-$75k+ DOE and the company offers excellent benefits.
