A Fargo, ND Company is seeking a Safety Documentation Specialist with a strong attention to detail to maintain compliance across various projects. This full-time role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit safety site plans during the pre-construction phase.
Create and maintain safety manuals for various projects.
Ensure all project documentation aligns with compliance requirements.
Support monthly safety meetings by assisting in coordination and documentation.
Provide administrative support to six designers, including follow-up with potential clients after plans are submitted.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.

Regular work hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
