This role is a 32 hour/week, benefitted position, and will work primarily from home. Occasional travel to the Corporate office in Fargo, North Dakota will be required.

Process reports, distribution, and delivery information for the Circulation Department and print facilities. Maintain data and technology systems required to enhance company competitiveness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Run all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required for creating production files related to periodical mail, marketing mail, and corresponding financial reports.
- Assist with information requests from other departments and customers.
- Process subscriber payments .
- Ensure accuracy of company and customer data, specifically mailing lists and associated postage costs.
- Generate address files and prepare mailings, including subscriber invoices, renewal statements , and other customer notifications.
- Keep up to date on USPS service standards, rules, and regulations; monitor USPS charges for FCC and commercial mailings.
- Maintain schedules and verify that distribution documents are prepared, accurate, and available.
- Solve mail delivery issues through communication with the USPS, Customer Service, and printing facilities.
- Maintain instructions for circulation-related processes, procedures, and reporting.
- Assist with cross training team members as necessary.
