SUMMARY
The Customer Care Associate is a support position which will work closely with Advertising Director, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, Creative Design, and Production teams.

SUMMARY
The Customer Care Associate is a support position which will work closely with Advertising Director, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, Creative Design, and Production teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with walk-in customers as needed.
- Support Advertising Directors and Multimedia Account Managers who are selling marketing solutions to local advertisers by doing data entry, gathering ad information/materials, and sending proofs to clients.
- Provide support documentation for print and online advertising options customized to each client.
- Provide demographic display marketing and other digital solution reports and supporting data.
- Assist with special sections, exports, house ads, inserts, and special projects as necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once as well as be willing to work on new projects, with ability to work well under multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A basic understanding of print and online advertising products is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
