SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operation of color and grayscale production laser printers to include computer operations, preparation, set-up, processing, output, and quality control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process and print electronic files received from customers.
  • Operate all functions of digital laser printers.
  • Route printed materials through the mailing facility according to the job order.
  • Communicate with the customers for clarification on any issues and/or resolving any questions or issues from customers.
  • Keep current and updated regarding mail and postal regulations. Implement work activities according to changes.
  • Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Computer, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred, but training is provided.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to consistently lift 40-60 lbs throughout a shift.
  • Must be familiar with various computer software programs.
  • Employee must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
