Education: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
Qualifications: Interest to develop skills in relating to children, parents and staff in a positive manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Terms of Employment: Nine (9) months, academic school year
Split Hours: 4 hours per day, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, Monday through Friday, when school is in session
Evaluation: Job performance will be evaluated by the Supervisor.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assists the bus driver with the safety, movement, management and care of the children boarding the school bus, leaving the bus or being transported
- Seats self in an area on the bus to ensure observation of all passengers at all times and make sure they are following school bus safety rules
- Is aware of problems between students and keeping those students separated by assigning seats
- Ensures that a child takes his/her belongings with him/her when departing the bus
- Maintains a high standard of student conduct at all times
- Work with MV Liaison and Van Scheduler to maintain accurate routes
