Horizon Public Health is an accredited local public health department serving Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties.

We are currently recruiting a self-motivated, confident and effective communicator who would enjoy working with adults and youth in the following position: 

Health Educator

This position will be housed primarily at Alexandria Area High School.  The primary focus for this role is on reducing substance use among youth including alcohol and tobacco.
