The Marketing Intern role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual seeking hands-on experience with a wide array of marketing tactics. This position supports both legacy and new brand initiatives during an exciting rebranding period. Assists in brand organization, conducts legacy brand audits, manages file storage and structure, performs project management tasks, assists with digital asset management, and supports various other marketing strategies and initiatives. Collaborates closely with the marketing and communications team as well as cross-divisional team members to achieve organizational goals and support a successful rebrand.

  • Assists in brand organization, conducts legacy brand audits, manages file storage and structure, performs project management tasks, assists with digital asset management, and supports various other marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborates closely with the marketing and communications team as well as cross-divisional team members to achieve organizational goals and support a successful rebrand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain an understanding of each legacy brand and the relevance of the rebrand.
  • Conduct audits of legacy brand materials to ensure consistency and alignment with rebrand objectives.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining legacy and new brand assets.
  • Manage a systematic approach to digital file storage.
  • Ensure easy access and retrieval of marketing assets for team members across the organization.
  • Utilize a project management system to effectively manage tasks, projects, and assignments and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Support project management tasks and initiatives for other members of the team.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of rebrand initiatives such as the brand Ambassador program.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes to facilitate project follow-up and coordination.
  • Use a Digital Asset Management system to help manage and organize all digital assets including collateral, images, videos, and other documents.
  • Support the execution of various other marketing and communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Education and Experience Required:
  • High school diploma.
  • Some college coursework is preferred, especially in focus areas of healthcare, administration, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Ideal for students or recent college graduates looking to gain practical experience in healthcare marketing.
