- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for clinical services, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Staff Development: Lead recruitment, training, and professional development efforts for clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Patient Experience: Promote initiatives that enhance patient engagement, satisfaction, and safety.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and research, integrating innovative practices that improve clinical effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clinical staff, administration, and external partners, to support organizational goals.

- Current unrestricted license as Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota/Wisconsin (whichever is applicable).
- A degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MHA, MBA) is often preferred.
- Significant experience in clinical operations and leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on inspiring and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement to inform clinical decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify challenges in clinical service delivery and implement effective solutions.
- Must complete and pass a state-mandated background check.
- Ability to physically perform the job duties.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.
