Experience in managing multiple clinical staff and complex medical conditions in acute, sub-acute, transitional or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Education:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a nursing leadership position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical staff in providing quality care to all residents.
- Assist in staff education and transitional management promoting a consistent focus on customer service and quality improvement.
- Assess clinical competencies of staff and work to develop skill sets.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with residents, families, community providers, administration, and interdisciplinary team members to promote a system of individualized care.
- Develop clinical programs that meet or exceed the needs of the residents served.
- Establish and maintain data and information designed to show outcome and improvement measures related to care protocols.
- Assist in the development of innovative and integrated clinical services within the community.
- Perform all tasks and duties in a professional, good faith manner with the focus on high quality and Walker Methodist's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Full-time days, Monday through Friday
Preferred Experience:
Experience in managing multiple clinical staff and complex medical conditions in acute, sub-acute, transitional or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Education:
- Four-year college degree preferred. Advanced degree valued
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of Minnesota
- Proven ongoing participation in continuing professional development, education, and training
- Current BLS Certification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a nursing leadership position.
