Minimum qualifications:
- MN Physical Therapist certification
- Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Proven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independently
- Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
- Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
- High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serve
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
