Mission for Position
To enhance clinic performance and patient care by driving quality improvement initiatives, providing staff education, and ensuring alignment with compliance standards and best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct rooming and nursing audits to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Review clinic scorecards to identify performance gaps and implement improvements.
- Train and educate clinic staff on workflows, preventative care, and clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and enhance care delivery.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and implement action plans for better patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with payor requirements and regulatory standards.
- Act as a resource for clinic teams regarding protocols, updates, and operational improvements.
- Full-Time, 0.8 FTE
- Employee-focused scheduling with hours available between normal business hours.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on quality improvement or education.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using scorecards to drive improvements.
- A motivated self-starter with a passion for quality care and staff development.
- A strong collaborator who thrives in a team-focused environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address performance gaps effectively.
- Dedicated to fostering innovation and continuous improvement in clinical workflows.
