About the Unit/Department/Team
We are growing the EMS team here at Lakewood. We currently serve multiple communities in central MN with 911 response as well as BLS and ALS transports. We staff our team with EMTs and Paramedics providing care up to the level of critical care during transports. Our annual volume is over 1200 requests per year. We collaborate with multiple teams inside and outside Lakewood. We received a new ambulance in 2023 will receive two additional ambulances soon. We appreciate the system support of growth and innovation.

Full-time, .9FTE/72 hours per pay period, hourly. This position will include shifts on the Ambulance.

- Provide direct patient care and customer service to internal and external customers at Lakewood
- Multitask and prioritize patient care
- Maintain professional patient and system confidentiality

- High school graduate/GED
- Current EMT certification
- BLS certification
