About Our Assisted Living Facilities:
Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. We pledge to treat every person with the respect and dignity they deserve, and to focus on improving our residents' quality of life, by delivering the highest quality of care.
Mission for Position
The universal worker will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care.
Duties & Responsibilities
This position for part-time NOCs, working approximately 32-40 hours every two weeks from 10:00pm - 6:00am with rotating weekends.
Universal workers start at $17/hr, with CNA certification at $19/hr. Starting pay does not include additional compensation available through:

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing and passing medications
- Encourage residents to function at the highest level of their ability
- Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
- Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
- Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff

- Competitive shift differential (PM/Noc), shift pick-up, overtime
- Increases based on certifications, education, experience or additional duties
