Description & Details:

The purpose of this position is to do specialized recruitment of undergraduate students for the College of Business.
  • Promote CoB undergraduate programs, engage in student recruitment efforts for the College
  • Plan and carryout programming for prospective students
  • Coordinate and maintain articulation agreements and transfer relationships
  • Act as a liaison between NDSU Admission and NDSU CoB
  • Commitment to Service, Teamwork, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate barriers resulting from individual and systemic inequities and biases.
Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, generally M-F (8 to 5) - flexible and dependent on travel

Advertised Salary:

$45,000+ depending on experience

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license
The successful candidate will:
  • Have excellent customer relations/service skills
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Have excellent computer skills including knowledge in maintaining databases, websites and social media
  • Ability to solve problems independently and an ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required to be able to create marketing materials and communicate with students/parents and other key people/offices
