30+ years and Ron has 40+ years of industry knowledge. Our service area is typically kept
within a 25 mile radius of Northfield, MN. (listed as one of the top 50 small towns in America to
live by Money magazine in 2024) We provide residential and light commercial heating and air
repairs, installations, heat pumps and indoor air quality products. We also service the
refrigeration equipment at many of the area’s restaurants and bars. Our loyal base of

Position: HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
Location: Area Northfield, MN and surrounding
Job Type: Full-Time (negotiable)
Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience + benefits
Responsibilities:
 Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
 Install new hvac systems for both residential and light commercial applications.
 Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration systems within the
food service industry. (Ice machines, walk in coolers/freezers, display coolers, etc)
 Install new refrigeration equipment
 Provide top-notch customer service and professional communication
 Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of HVAC field experience or certificate of completion from and HVAC vocational program. 
 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
 Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
