What is the current company culture like?
Spectrum is quite different from most offices in the area with our modern layout with an open floor plan.
We have onsite Game Room, Massage Chairs, and so many fun events,
We love our dress up days, like, Wild Wednesday, Throwback Thursday, and many more!

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

Preferred qualifications for our Customer Service Reps are:

6 months or more customer service experience
3-6 months or more heavy volume phone experience in a customer service/call center job

How would you describe the company leadership/team management? Our Management team is supportive top to bottom.
Most/All of our Supervisors and Managers started in a front-line Rep role, so they know how to help.
We also have our own internal Training team, and we have our candidates complete 6 weeks of fully paid training before they even hit the floor!

Where do you see the company/organization in the upcoming years? Spectrum is growing and will continue to grow in upcoming years.
We have consistent new hire classes and one of the larger call centers in Rochester.
We have the capacity and goal to grow our site much more.

What do you feel candidates need to know about the company before applying?
Our hiring process is currently entirely Virtual.
You will communicate directly with the two Recruiters responsible for all of the hiring at our site.
We make the process incredibly smooth and candidate friendly.
All interviews will be Virtual Video Interviews directly with one of our Supervisors.
