Home Services Professionals at SHC:

• Communicate with commercial and residential customers and members around repair needs
• Coordinate and/or perform in-home and carry-in repair services, product deliveries, residential and commercial installations, home improvement services and more
• Advise customers and members on the purchase of service contracts, product protection agreements, product installation services and more
• Serve in a variety of service related functions as well, including: marketing, supply chain, workforce planning, pricing, project management, and strategy / sales / business development.
