About Christian Community Homes
The CCHS mission of service includes several different choices of care and housing environments that share a common culture rooted in Christian values. CCHS is comprised of the following companies:
Christian Community Home (CCH) of Hudson, has provided post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services since 1981. Our Red Oak Center for Rehabilitation and Fitness specializes in short-stay rehabilitation care in a unique and comfortable healing environment. CCH is certified for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as for many private insurances.
WinterGreen Senior Apartments opened in 1986. There are 92 apartments. WinterGreen offers Independent Living (apartments without services) OR residents may choose from a wide array of ala carte services designed to support maximum independence for as long as possible.
Pine Ridge Apartments opened in 1993. Pine Ridge is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). It consists of 37 apartments with 24 hour staffing and provides assistance with activities of daily living. The Pine Ridge Assisted Living model offers care and support services in a home-like, apartment setting
In 2009, Pine Ridge Gardens was created to provide memory care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease. This is a specialized environment that is safe and secure, yet offers both indoor and outdoor space for free movement. Residents have private apartments connected to a family style living space to come together for meals and activities. The Pine Ridge gardens care and service model is specifically designed to maintain a sense of dignity and community for residents and families alike. Advancing memory loss is a journey.
2011 marked the opening of Christian Community Home (CCH) of Osceola, WI and Hearthside Assisted Living. The CCH of Osceola/Hearthside campus is a beautiful household style living environment that reflects architectural design principles commonly referred to as Neighborhood Design. However, the purposeful blend of indoor and outdoor living space on the CCH/Hearthside campus is anything but common.
CCH is a 40 bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Hearthside Assisted Living is a 20 bed Community Based Residential facility (CBRF). Like the Hudson campus, the Osceola campus offers a choice of care and service models designed to meet a variety of post-acute and chronic care needs.
However, the CCH campus is physically attached to the Osceola Medical Center via an indoor connecting corridor.
