The Clara City Care Center has been part of the community for over 50 years. We have a long-standing tradition of providing great patient care to residents of Clara City and surrounding communities. The Care Center is located in central Minnesota on MN Highway 23 between Willmar and Granite Falls.

We provide short-term rehabilitation services with physical, occupational, and speech therapy offered on-site so you or your loved one can return home as quickly as possible. We are also able to meet the needs of individuals interested in coming to the Care Center for traditional long-term care.
