We currently have two offices, our headquarters in Rochester MN, and our Anoka division office is located in Blaine, MN.

The different programs we offer to support individuals are: In-Home Support Services, Semi-Independent Living Services SILS, Group Programs called BLAST (Anoka), and CHIP (Community and Home Integration Program in Rochester) which has a staffing ratio of up to 4 clients per staff working with clients on skill building in the community or at one of our resource sites. We also provide Weekend Respite stays at our Respite home, and we provide Supported Living Services (SLS, or residential group homes).
