“STEP is a nonprofit company that provides supports to individuals with disabilities in community settings, in employment settings and at its four service locations.  STEP provides support, training and employment to people with disabilities, and works at helping people spend their day in the way they choose.  This may be working at a job, spending time at community locations or working or doing recreational activities in STEP’s facilities.  STEP’s mission is to enable people with disabilities to live and work in our communities with others.”
