To be eligible for certain types of insurance, employees must average 30 hours per week. Full-time, newly hired employees are eligible for insurance effective the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Newly hired, variable-hour employees (averaging under 30 hours per week) must meet a 12-month initial measurement period. Employees will not be offered coverage upon being hired.
