What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have? Current MN licenses for roles that require them - RN, LPN, CNA.

Ability to pass DHS background check.

Caring and hard working.

How would you describe the company leadership/team management? Our Administrator, Shawna Smith, joined our team in 2019 and is an experienced leader who is hands-on, hard working and inspiring.

Our Director of Nursing, Ashley Bachman, was recently promoted up to her role and works with the regional nursing leaders to ensure our residents and staff are well protected and cared for.

Our Human Resources Director, Christine Ripley, is dedicated to assisting staff in reaching their potential as well as being an advocate for staff needs.
