Oxford was founded by Mark Dickson, having over 25 years management experience and a successful business group, Nesnah Ventures founded by the Hansen family. Mark Dickson teamed up with the Hansen family (founders of Kwik Trip) in an effort to provide the highest quality of management service and standard of care for their communities.
