How do different cultures play a part in your organization? To provide employees with additional opportunities in creating a work-life balance or to take time to celebrate a religious or cultural holiday not in our designated holiday list, we provide two flexible holidays per year to eligible employees. We have held various company events to celebrate different cultures and groups. A few examples include a Veterans Day Luncheon, Diwali Festival of Lights, and Treat Week in December.

How would you describe the company leadership/team management? In 2019 we launched a Leadership Development program for new leaders to help employees learn about and acclimate to their new leader and how they can work together to operate as a successful team. Another element of this program includes gaining knowledge and insight from a seasoned leadership mentor. The mentor provides one-on-one support to new leaders as they journey through the New Leader Experience.
