Project Manager -Implementation

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager -Implementation for a contract position with our client in Eagan, MN.?

Summary:
The Project Manager works with business partners, clients, vendors, and technology to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of business projects with specified deliverables. Project sizes range from small to large and the project complexity ranges from implementing standard solutions to complex solutions requiring customization as required. This role drives business projects, client customization requests, and process improvement projects to achieve financial, operational, and/or customer satisfaction using client's project management framework methodology.?

Responsibilities:

• Create project plans, schedules and budgets.?
• Manage the project according to the plan. Manage the project budget.?
• Track and manage issues, risks, changes and decisions. Facilitate project mitigation strategies to address risks and issues.
• Escalate issues to project sponsors/owners when appropriate.
• Write project status reports, prepare committee decks,?
• Work and interact with all levels of the organization.?

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prior experience giving presentations, writing status reports, e-mail communications.?
• Project budget management?
• Adept at meeting facilitation?
• Can prioritize work?
• Experience with waterfall project management methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Detail oriented and organized.?
• Proven ability to execute on project deliverables
• Interpersonal skills necessary to build consensus and collaboration to achieve project deliverables
• Works well with people.
