Extends program services to adults in the community, provides crisis intervention and coordinates resources for adults at-risk or currently experiencing homelessness. Bachelor's degree in human services/related field or a combination of education and experience. MNSURE Navigator- Bachelor's degree in human services/related field or a combination of education and experience. An existing knowledge of, or experience in, public benefits eligibility rules including the various health care plans and options available (now and in the up-coming changing future of MNSURE) information and other healthcare resources in the area is preferred.
Starting wage: 19.58/hr. 6 months: $20.76.
