Graphic Designer - Part Time Overview NightOwl Discovery is seeking a creative, self-motivated, and professional individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This role is a part-time position supporting our Marketing department that requires attention to detail, a positive team spirit, excellent communication and prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the Marketing team, you would utilize your digital and traditional design skills to work within the department, creating, formatting, and producing materials supporting the short-term and long-term objectives of the department. This position offers flexible hours, requiring up to 25 hours per week between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday - Friday located at our headquarters in Wayzata, MN. Responsibilities Creating and formatting marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, brochures, various collateral, and social mediaDesigning and formatting presentations, including Power Point, to align with NightOwl's style and formattingEditing and touching up photos as neededConstructing charts, tables and various graphics in Office Suite and Adobe SuiteResearching, planning, and preparing Tradeshows as neededPerforming other related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing QualificationsDigital and traditional skill setProficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat (Mac Platform) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Mac Platform)Expert Photoshop skills and HubSpot experience a plusAssociate Degree or higher in graphic design, visual communication, graphic communications; Desktop Publishing certification is acceptableLink to website displaying work samplesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProblem solving skillsAttention to detailCompensation and Location Compensations DOQ.
