The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline. Additionally, the candidate must have experience setting benchmarks, capturing recruitment data to measure progress against benchmarks, and modifying approach. . The 7Summits' recruiting team thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, frequently rolls up their sleeves, works hard, has fun while getting the job done. The best candidates will have experience using social media recruitment strategies, conducting research on multiple platforms, and building robust pipelines.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities that this role is expected to effectively demonstrate are as follows:Partner closely with aligned recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various channelsStrategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaignsDevelop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a solid pipeline of candidates and other talent segments as needed, utilizing various channels such as: applicants, referrals, LinkedIn, use of Boolean, personal network, blogs, forums, advertising, and researching to select sourcing tools to attract passive talentManage Jazz Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which serves as 7Summits' single source of Recruiting information, including ownership of analytics that drive future Recruiting decisionsOwn candidate scheduling for remote and Milwaukee-based interviews, candidate outreach, and preliminary candidate screeningDevelop social media recruitment campaigns, schedule and execute postsInterview and assess for technical and business skillsEvaluate candidates on 7Summits core valuesManage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentSkills And RequirementsBasic skills and requirements needed to perform in this role are as follows:Bachelor's degree2+ years experience recruiting for high volume, fast-paced company or search firmExpertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, Indeed and other social media toolsExperience building and developing pipelines Strong communications skills and presence, necessary for collaborating with internal Recruiting team, Hiring Managers from Competency Groups, and candidatesExperience updating and managing candidates with ATS tool.Well versed with social media recruiting strategiesProactive mindset with a hard-working and attention to detail personality.Competencies7Summits is for self-starters who love what they do!
