Our Licensed Social Workers are expected to facilitate the attainment of personal outcomes by upholding the goals and philosophy of Development Homes, Inc., abide by the policies and procedures, and adhere to the Board of Social Work Ethics.

This Social Worker facilitates or directly supports the attainment of Personal Outcomes for persons served by providing quality social services, coordinate delivery of those social services to provide continuity and security to people receiving services.  The Social Worker must be responsible to provide support to Residential Managers to ensure the financial security of people receiving services and assist to obtain and maintain the benefits of private, federal and state programs.  The Social Worker will also serve as a liaison to families and guardians to support relationships with family members and facilitates IDT meetings that support the obtainment of Personal Outcomes.

Requirements:
Must be licensed in the state of North Dakota as a Social Worker or LSW Eligible.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
Must qualify as a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional* (QDDP).
Must possess a current valid Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
DD Certification through Minot State University preferred.
At least 1-year case management experience preferred.
