Overview
Fairview Health Services is looking for Building Maintenance based at our Midway Corporate Building in St. Paul, MN.
The schedule for this position is 80 hours per pay period on the Day shift. Typical hours are from 7:00am - 3:30pm and 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Responsibilities
The Building Maintenance position is responsible for general maintenance of the facility and of the facility grounds, sidewalks, snow removal. Performs work involving the use of large and small equipment and performs routine manual labor involved in maintenance. Assigned responsibility for the care and maintenance of designated tasks or areas of non-hospital sites and other off site, East region clinics and does related work as required.
Qualifications
Education:
Preferred Education
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
Minimum License/Certification/Registration
Valid MN Driver's License
Preferred License/Certification/Registration
Experience:
Preferred Experience
1-3 years of experience in operating, heating and cooling systems and maintaining building structures and grounds
