This employer offers a competitive salary based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.Job Summary: Responsible for overall equipment management which includes organizing and monitoring equipment rates and equipment accounts, managing the entire equipment acquisition and sales cycle and ensuring sustainability and customer satisfaction.Supply Chain Manager Job Functions Prepares the forecasting for the equipment account, this includes working with logistics financial coordinator researching and analyzing strategies to lower the equipment costs through purchase, rental and lease options. Responsible for development and accurate management of the equipment and logistics budget. Develops the team processes that support operations to ensure projects have the correct equipment needed and delivered on time. Maintain and develops metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement processes. Participates in quarterly planning sessions to educate on market constraints, equipment trends, technology advancements, process improvement opportunities and failure points that need to be incorporated into the forecast Participates in resolving warranties and settles major work orders by meeting with vendors, negotiating discounts, and settling warranty claims. Manages corporate maintenance shop operations by assigning projects to subordinates. Work closely with vendors regarding equipment purchases, service support, sales and projections. Ensure equipment bid rates and mobilization rates are prepared accurately and timely.Supply Chain Manager Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management At least 5 years working experience with a record of successful distribution and logistics management. Must be able to maintain an acceptable driving record and have the ability to travel as needed. Knowledge of construction industry equipment is helpful. An adaptive, problem solving orientation with advanced accounting and finance skills. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.What are you waiting for?
