• Understanding the project scope and create detailed Project Plan as per the schedule.
• Track the project plan and share the updates to the stakeholders.
• Identify Risks, Issues and engage the right teams to resolve them.
• Maintain the project budget and forecasts.
• Schedule and Coordinate regular team meeting with all the stake holders.
• Work with Leads in the team to create strategy and guide others in implementing technical solutions.
• Drive the team on identifying innovative solutions and drive their implementation and support.
• Due Diligence in making sure that the team following the required processes during analysis and design of the project.
• Create and implement short and long-term strategy for the team.
• Lead the implementation and support of technological solutions.
• Anchor resource estimation and monitor the implementation of coding standards.
• Monitoring defect management process and apply Defect prevention techniques.
• Having performance expectations meetings with team.
• Anchoring rewards program for high performers in the team.
