Title: Java Project Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Interview: Telephonic then Skype

Duration: 12+ Months or Fulltime

Job Description:-

Need someone who has been a developer in the past (preferably in Java Language). Strong Communication is must have. Technically strong PM

Understanding the project scope and create detailed Project Plan as per the schedule.

Track the project plan and share the updates to the stakeholders.

Identify Risks, Issues and engage the right teams to resolve them.

Maintain the project budget and forecasts.

Schedule and Coordinate regular team meeting with all the stake holders.

Work with Leads in the team to create strategy and guide others in implementing technical solutions.

Drive the team on identifying innovative solutions and drive their implementation and support.

Due Diligence in making sure that the team following the required processes during analysis and design of the project.

Create and implement short and long-term strategy for the team.

Lead the implementation and support of technological solutions.

Anchor resource estimation and monitor the implementation of coding standards.

Monitoring defect management process and apply Defect prevention techniques.

Having performance expectations meetings with team.

Anchoring rewards program for high performers in the team.
