Key Responsibilities include :

  • Support Human Resources Managers in HR administrative duties
  • Manage leave of absence administration
  • Manage the hourly recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
  • Accurately create/maintain employee records in both Workday and Kronos; make record changes in either/both systems as necessary
  • Provide support to employees for benefit enrollment including collecting dependent documentation, approving benefits in the HR system, and answering employee benefit questions
  • Coordinate company activities for teams, meetings, and events
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms, documents, and employee files
  • Help prepare and distribute HR related communications
  • Kronos time and attendance administration
  • Prepare and audit domestic payroll
  • Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other business-related field
  • 2+ years of previous human resources experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
  • Exercises sound judgment and discretion in the collection and dissemination of information; ensures that highly sensitive, proprietary and confidential information is released to only those authorized
  • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills necessary to courteously and effectively address sensitive and confidential information by telephone, in writing, and in face-to-face contacts with the public and associates at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
