What You Will Do

As an associate with Ascension-WI, you will have the opportunity to direct assigned program(s) to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs program team to achieve goals.
  • Defines program goals and infrastructure to align with business development strategies and partnerships.
  • Directs program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Develops program budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
  • Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
  • Serves as liaison between programs, other internal departments and external partners.
  • Provides orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Completes performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions.

Key Activities:

  • Oversees operational and financial GME functions at the ministry level
  • Evaluates, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing plan to effectively and efficiently accomplish the department's goals and objectives
  • Provides leadership, direction, ongoing feedback, and development support to the administrative staff in the GME office
  • Identifies GME revenue-enhancement and cost-containment initiatives as appropriate
  • Identifies and develops best practices internally within programs and helps adopt these processes where applicable
  • Monitors educational quality to ensure high-quality experiences and learning outcomes across all program; analyzes program performance data and reports outcomes
  • With support from the GME financial analyst, develops and manages the GME office budget and prepares quarterly variable analyses
  • Suports and monitors all resident activities via the program directors and residency coordinators

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

  • Preferred Credential(s):
    • Certified Project Mgmt Professional.

Education:

  • Diploma
    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
