Come join our team! We have an immediate need for a Director of Facilities & Project Management! Forefront Dermatology is a physician led, quality driven single specialty group practice with over 145 clinics in 17 states. Forefront is rapidly and strategically expanding through organic new clinics and partnership growth in our existing footprint and new states. Growth is critical to Forefront's success. The Director will be a central figure in ensuring, contributing to and helping manage Forefront's accelerating expansion across the United States. Summary The Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Forefront clinic and Support Services facilities and facility project management, including but not limited to de novo (new) clinics, moves, expansions, renovations, and closings, managing dozens of projects with a 10M+ budget annually. This person directly manages the facilities team of project managers, designers, and support personnel, and provides strategic and technical expertise to clinic operations managers and the Forefront management team.Intermittent overnight travel will be required to be on site during various stages of project oversight. Essential Job Functions Responsible for overall management of all Forefront facilities, including annual recommended facilities plan and budget. Responsible for completion of all facility construction projects, clinic moves, and de novo (new) clinic projects within target budgets, timeframes, and quality standards. Supervises the central facilities team including project managers, designers, laundry services, and maintenance personnel. Oversees or directly coordinates clinic facility closings, ensuring compliance with requirements of lease termination. Directly or indirectly oversees all maintenance aspects of Support Services facilities and company vehicles. Ensures compliance with all real estate lease facility maintenance tenant responsibilities for all locations. Ensure all facilities are OSHA compliant with regards to building codes and safety. Provides strategic and technical expertise to the Forefront management team and clinic managers. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
