Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will help us recruit talented employees and provide customer service to our associates and retirees. This opportunity will leverage your technology skills, social media knowledge and provide you with an opportunity to grow in the HR Field.

As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you'll share your talents with two HR teams. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help source talent for our organization and work with the Shared Services Team providing customer service and support to our candidates, employees, and retirees.

You will also:
??? Source and screen active and passive candidates through various channels
??? Help develop job postings for new openings, conduct initial prescreening of resumes and video interviews to determine qualified candidates, and perform background checks and drug screens for qualified candidates
??? Assist HR Shared Services Specialists with inputting data, completing documents for associate files and handle customer inquiries
??? Implement innovative sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool while filling the talent pipeline to meet the hiring needs of the organization

To be eligible for this career-launching opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
??? Bachelor's Degree preferred
??? 2 or more years of related work experience
??? Demonstrated experience using appropriate resources to build a talent pipeline, prioritize work to thrive in an environment with competing demands and partner with HR peers and business functions to successfully deliver recruitment targets
??? Ability to cultivate, develop, and maintain professional relationships
??? Ability to offer suggestions for process improvement
