General Job DescriptionThe Crew Facility Maintenance Inc. is a Commercial Facilities Maintenance and Residential Contractor Company that serves the Twin City Metro and surrounding areas. The Crew offers a full arrange of services that include unskilled labor, skilled(finished) labor, electrical, and HVAC service needs to its clients. Sector areas such as selective demolition, rough/finish carpentry, painting/coating, electrical and mechanical are all performed/provided as areas of business. We're currently looking for a skilled Project Manager/Estimator that specializes in handling Commercial/Residential building projects/services that fall into the selective demolition, rough/finish carpentry sectors. This is to include project estimating, management, and delivery.
