ROLE AND BEHAVIORAL DESCRIPTIONS Doing everything necessary to ensure that our HR department is "World Class" in every way. SUCCESS FACTOR SNAPSHOT First 30 days - Develop an intimate understanding of our organization, mission, culture, team, products and role expectations. First 30 days - Develop a working knowledge and understanding of our recruiting and talent selection process. First 60 days - Create and implement new employee on-boarding SOP's for all departments First 90 days - Create, implement and track ongoing training and awareness initiatives First 6 months - Create and implement plan for maintaining bench strength within all departments. First 9 months - Create and implement a plan for wellness initiatives. First 12 months - Implement an integrated HRIS system. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take the lead in recruiting and selection of prospective candidates to develop a superior workforce. Develop a culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance. Create and maintain SOPs to create effective and efficient HR processes. Maintain employee handbook Track and manage HR analytics for business and regulatory purposes. Create and implement training as needed. Develop/maintain role descriptions for all positions in our organization. Educate managers on best practices - interviewing, reviews, discipline, etc. Lead open enrollment for welfare, wellness and health plans and plan compliance. Oversee compensation adjustment timelines. Coordinate any/all other HR tasks as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Must have bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years progressive experience in human resources. Pre-employment background check, drug screen and industry non-compete required. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish or Hmong). Must have intermediate or advanced computer skills. Must have an intermediate understanding of, and experience with, typical HR functions. PHR certification preferred. Knowledge of Bamboo HR a plus. Position based at our offices in Green Bay, WI. Telecomuting is not allowed. There is no relocation remimbursement this position.
