Maintenance Technician Part Time

Real Estate Equities Development, a Minnesota based development company, is accepting resumes for a part-time Maintenance Technician for the Village Cooperative of Alexandria. The Village Cooperative of Alexandria is a dynamic independent senior community that provides maintenance free living for cooperative members age 55 plus.Our Maintenance Technician provides prompt and courteous service to our members and performs general maintenance and light repairs including painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as well as trash and recycling.
