Function:Direct Support Professional (Caregivers)

Description Do you enjoy a challenge? Do you have some experience supporting someone with Autism?

You may qualify to work in one of our higher paying, Autism Specialty homes in Galesville.

As a Caregiver (Direct Support
Professional (DSP) with REM Wisconsin, youll support individuals we serve in residential settings utilizing behavioral supports.
We have openings in our NEW Galesville location for part time positions (days,
evenings, and weekends).
We seek a compassionate person to:

• Assist with daily activities such as
  meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Support community involvement by
  accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing
  transportation to work or other activities.
• Partner with other staff members to
  support individual service plans and goals

Qualifications:

What we require of you:

• Must
  be minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma, GED
  or equivalent NOT REQUIRED
• Valid
  Drivers license, and can pass last 12 month driving check (for day or evening positions- Not for overnights)
• Reliable transportation
• Must
  be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
• Successful clearance of background checks
