Role OverviewUnder the direction of the VP of Human Resources, the Recruitment and Training Specialist is responsible for on-going, active talent acquisition, development of and retention of recruiters. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for building a strong network of recruiting professionals. This includes becoming an industry guru - understanding common job titles, industry tendencies, keeping prospects engaged, screening resumes, interviewing candidates and delivering offers of employment. The Training Specialist is responsible for the development, delivery and assessment of training for recruiters. Maintaining professional follow-up and quality assurance consistent with regulatory compliance and Nurses PRN policies, procedures and standards. What You Get to DoDevelop, plan, schedule and deliver training.Assist with the development, planning, scheduling and delivery of new hire orientation.Observe, support and review quality assurance expectations with staff.Actively and consistently engage with recruiting prospects to fill open needs for recruiters in the organization.Coordinate training with external vendors, as applicable.Facilitate monthly recruiter meetings.Partner with the Branch Managers to assist in continued onboarding and training recruiters.Coordinate the recruiter mentor process. Travel to other branch offices, as needed, to assist in employee training. Create and update mass email templates. Deliver clear and thorough communication with the management team. What We Expect From YouBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field.2 to 3 years of training/management and recruiting experience.Demonstrated ability to successfully proactively recruit top level candidates. Strong aptitude toward high levels of organization, planning, project management, problem resolution, presentation, customer service and effective communication.Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.Ability to function independently, as well as part of a team.Intermediate computer skills.Multi-platform social media/professional networking user. Position Location/Training/Travel RequirementThe position is located in Appleton, WI, however, adjustments may be made if another location is desired and business needs are met.
