Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist assists with managing Altru's brand utilizing both traditional and emerging communication outlets. This fast-paced position assists with the execution of internal and external communication initiatives. Works collaboratively with the Marketing Communications team for the execution of marketing-communication plans to position the health system as the leader in health and wellness.
Essential Job Functions
Ensures brand consistency in all marketing activities, signage and other items containing Altru or subsidiary logos with a thorough understanding of Altru' s brand guidelines.
Supports marketing strategies with marketing, communication and advertising execution. Track campaign success and report to marketing communications team.
Serves as a customer relationship management (CRM) expert. Understand tool and best practices for use. Builds queries, executes campaigns and tracks analytics.
Develops content for Altru's digital platforms including website, blog, social media, eNewsletters and other based on content strategies and calendars.
Supports internal communications and employee engagement efforts, including content development for Altru's intranet and staff emails, engagement activities and events.
Provides coverage for disaster and crisis communication. Functions as Public Information Officer for Altru.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

- The work environment safety procedures and prompt reporting of unsafe practices, procedures, accidents, injuries or other safety violations to the Leader.
- The use of all safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
