Part-time Assistant Volleyball Coach

BACKGROUND CHECK:  NDSCS requires a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to official offer of the position.
 
JOB SUMMARY:  Primary responsibilities are assisting with the Volleyball program. Duties may include recruitment, development, retention and marketing of student athletes. In addition, possible adjunct teaching may be available depending on qualifications.
 
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Must support the mission, vision and values of NDSCS
• Successful experience in playing and coaching Volleyball at a high school, junior olympic or college level.
• Ability to manage personnel
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer  literate
• Must possess a desire to recruit student athletes
• Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

• Successful recruiting experience
• College degree

SALARY: Commensurate with education and experience.
