Region 4 South Adult Mental Health Consortium is a leading provider for the past 18 years in assisting and helping people avoid crisis and get connected to appropriate mental health services

Be a part of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Team (ACT) that provides direct integrated chemical and mental health services for adult consumers who have SPMI and reside in Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties. Strong communication skills, flexibility, clinical boundaries and ability to work independently and in a team setting required.

 All applicants must be 21, have a valid driver’s license, have a “lived mental health experience” and successfully completed or be in the process of completing Certified Peer Specialist Training pursuant with MN Statue 256B.0615 . Experience in working with mental health or substance abuse consumers desired.  

Region 4 South assists and helps people avoid crisis and find appropriate services in conjunction with our goals and objectives. Our organization works to implement systemic change in the delivery of community-based mental health services for adults who have a serious and persistent mental illness.

 

Pay $16.78 to 22.67 with main office location in Alexandria.

Our Adult Mental Health Consortium represents five counties in west central Minnesota: Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse. Legislated stakeholders from each county meet on a monthly basis in a process appropriately named CONVERSATIONS. This group is composed of consumers, family members, county staff, vendors, and State Operated Services. Region 4 South assists and helps people avoid crisis and find appropriate services in conjunction with our goals and objectives.
