Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision of FNS Lead Supervisor, oversees the FNS staff to promote an efficiently run operation through effective compliance to established policies & procedures. Assists with special caterings, café menus, financial data entry/reports, Quality Assurance reports and office work, as requested or assigned.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Must have previous management experience either in health care or service industry. Training in HACCP preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Basic knowledge of nutrition-related concepts, quantity food production, sanitation guidelines and business and personnel management; prior healthcare experience preferred.
