REM South Central Services is seeking a Program Director in Willmar, MN
The Program Director will oversee 3-4 homes, serving individuals with developmental disabilities & mental health.
Duties include program plan development, implementation, and reporting of quarterly progress to the team. Supervisory responsibilities include financial management, staffing, interviewing/training, customer relations, etc.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license/Clear Criminal background check
Strong computer skills
Supervisory experience
Must meet criteria for a Designated Coordinator (1 of the following):
Four year degree & one year of FT experience
Two year degree & two years of FT experience
Diploma & three years of FT experience
50 hours of education or training & four years FT experience
