Key Responsibilities: 

• Assembly of float switches and controls for sump pumps 
• Assembly of custom control panels and alarms 
• Intricate detailed assembly 
• Use of small tools and parts 

Requirements:

• Goal and team oriented
• Ability to comprehend and retain verbal and written instructions
• Welcomes opportunities to learn new things and cross-train 
• Ability to stand, bend and stoop for up to a 10 hour shift 
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency
• Must be dependable
• Assembly experience is preferred, but not required
